Zhihao Ceramics provides raw material sales, custom processing and mold sintering services for advanced ceramic products such as alumina, zirconia, silicon nitride, aluminum nitride, boron nitride, and machinable ceramics.
Product delivery cycle?
Deliveries can be made in as little as 5 days for small quantities, simple structures or with stock materials. Typically, for small quantities and products of medium or less complexity, delivery will take 5-15 days. For those that require sintering, the sintering cycle time will increase by 20-30 days. For products purchased in large quantities, we will advise our customers to deliver the products in batches.
How do you price your products?
The price of Advanced Ceramics products is mainly composed of processing costs, order quantities, raw material prices, taxes and shipping costs. Advanced ceramics are very hard compared to conventional metals. Therefore, they can usually only be processed by grinding (low processing efficiency), and therefore the processing costs are much higher than for conventional metals.
Packaging and transportation of products?
For small size and light weight products, we will usually use SF Express. For larger size products, we will ship them according to customers' requirements. We have professional packing boxes and foam to make sure the products arrive safely.
Does the company offer customization?
Zhihao Ceramics can provide customized processing services according to the technical requirements or product drawings proposed by customers. ZhiHao Ceramics has many years of advanced ceramic products production and processing experience, we will be committed to provide customers with very cost-effective ceramic products.
What precision can the product achieve?
Generally, we will provide products or services according to customers' technical requirements and graphic files. Sometimes, if there are some dimensional accuracy or technical requirements of the products that we can not solve, we will propose and provide solutions to our customers.
How do I make a payment?
After we enter into a contract with a customer, the customer is required to pay 50% of the price of the product as an advance payment, and the remaining 50% will be paid before the product is delivered. This is due to the fact that advanced ceramic materials are expensive and difficult to process, and therefore cost more to produce, and we need to assume a higher risk.
